[CQ-Contest] Offer from Spiderbeam

I am reposting this from Spiderbeam reflector on the request of Con. That 
sounds like a pretty interesting offer for most of the European clubs. EU 
Region 1 field day is a very good venue for organising such a

I had the pleasure to participate in UCG 2004 and really enjoyed it. It
is sort of a "local WRTC style competition" and a great party.

I think it would certainly be nice if other regional radio clubs would
organize a similar local competition and Spiderbeam is willing to
contribute to the antenna setup...!
