[CQ-Contest] update on John K8UP

John K8UP has been moved from ICU yesterday to the critical care unit. He is
considered stable but critical. He is being weaned from the vent and
yesterday was breathing on his own with only a little help for 9 hours. He
seems to be headed in the right direction. They expect that it will be quite
a while before he's back on HF but I have faith in John. One day at a time.
Thank you for all the prayers and emails. Both are still welcome.
