[CQ-Contest] Technology against cheating?

Most definitely so.  Try finding a small airplane in the sky on a 
perfectly clear day ...  your mind literally fills in the all the visual 
space with what it assumes is there.

More to the point, I think he forgot how many people didn't stop at stop 
signs fifty years ago either.
