[CQ-Contest] Contest University Dayton Webinar

As announced by Tim K3LR earlier this week, The Potomac Valley Radio 
Club (PVRC) is pleased to be working with Contest University to provide 
two sessions of CTU Dayton.  This is not meant as a substitute for 
attending in person, but a chance for us to play with the Webinar tool, 
to see how it might enhance the CTU program.  For those who cannot 
attend in person and would like to join us on-line, here are the details.
