[CQ-Contest] Incomplete SS exchange

I like the having the call in the exchange.  Here's why....

I used spots for the first time and I did all S&P.  Watched the spots for 
new sections while tuning the radio by hand.  When you hear someone sending 
an exchange, you hear their call before they are done and don't have to 
waste as much time identifying a dupe!

It also gave me time to finish typing the number and prec before the ck and 
sec.

What can I say..... not only has my cw speed gone downhill but so has my 
typing speed!
