[CQ-Contest] Rufus Roo Vests

Many thanks for this Tony; just ordered one. I'm tired of being screwed by
the airlines and this is an opportunity to return the compliment. If anyone
thinks saving 10Kg at $72/Kg is a few bucks, then they are a richer man
than I am.
