<<New this year for CQWW, you can now include a contact row
in your cabrillo file that WILL NOT COUNT.  This means the
log checking will ignore this QSO for you, but will NOT ignore
it for the "other guy."  This way, YOUR log is clean AND the
other guy does not get dinged.>>


A M/2 or M/S participant (its RUN or MULT station) had changed
a band too early & broke 10 minutes rule in CQWW. This happened
accidentally, once or twice during the contest period. May that
participant mark those bad QSOs with "XQSO:" to make judges happy
and to avoid any punishment?
