[CQ-Contest] MultiOp stations power level

Sure, nothing prevent a M/M to be held at QRP levels with the current set of rules of CQ WW (and many other contest); but
fair competitive chances are nil.
 
My question come towards if there is any obvious and widely known rationale for this category not to exist.
