If you email the WPA station, there's nothing he can do to fix it; he can't
contact the other station and modify the logs after the contest. That
wouldn't be very fair. You can email the log checkers, but their job is to
check the logs. And if the wrong section is in the log, the wrong section
is in the log.

Sadly, there really isn't anything to be done here. Mistakes cost points.
If you had caught him during the contest, maybe a different story, but even
that would have been tough.

This is one of the many, many reasons I record everything after the serial
on the DVP.
