REGULAR RULES AND FORMAT THIS WEEK EXCEPTING THAT DUPES ARE ALLOWED.

15 meters is dropped and DUPES allowed after one intervening contact or band change.
 
Thursday, October 6 local time, October 7, UTC, 0230-0300Z.   730 PM PDT, ...1030 PM EDT

NS will be on  20,40m,80m,160m  (+38 to +45) or ~1815 kHz. 
NCCC SPRINT RULES, but with dupes allowed.
100 WATTS max., mults count on each band.
