[CQ-Contest] Help WAE / LM software

Hi,
       I am trying to import  a TXT file from Winlog 32  into the Russian LM
logging software so I can send it away..
I am getting an error in LM " can't associate with coutry Check  CITY.DAT ) 
 Pleasae not that the word Country is spelt wrong this is in the software..

I am new to this and I used WINLOG as a last resort to at least log those
that I worked now I want to submit it.
