I have posted a set of files for the SD QSO Party. These files provide the
.CFG and .DOM files used by TR4W to operate in the SD QSO Party - instate
ops and out of state ops.

The files are located at  http://www.k0to.us/HAM/File_Share/ in a SD QSO
Party folder.

There is a preliminary TR4W user manual [in English] at that location as
well. If you are using a different logging program you may find the SD
Counties list in SD_CTY.DOM <a text file> useful.
