[CQ-Contest] New CQ WW DX Rule Bans Post-Contest Log Changes

That would be a stupid rule. It's not my responsibility to keep my log
secret so others can't cheat. My logs are uploaded to the robot, eQSL,
LoTW, Hamlog.eu, QRZ.com, and Club Log within minutes of the end of
each contest.
