[CQ-Contest] [N1MM] New RAC (ARRL contest) sections

So, let me get this straight....

RAC splits Ontario into 4 sections, but won't use those sections in RAC contests.

ARRL (which is independent from RAC) does use those new sections in ARRL contests.

Sorry, but I continue to believe that this is a poor decision by the ARRL. Maybe 
it should be reconsidered by the ARRL Board of Directors at their January meeting.
