Since I started playing in SS in '93 I've seen the addition of WCF and
NNY, both created from existing sections. I seem to recall WTX was
created before '93.  It seems there was a new or combination of sections
in Canada some years back.  So a Sweep just got a little bit more
challenging.  Big deal.
