[CQ-Contest] WRTC Category Weighting Factor

I had the same thought as you while ago, because is "unfair"...

But the WRTC is HP competition and it is harder when in HP then LP.  So... No pain no gain.. :) 

Now I gave up, no chance after move to Germany...
