[CQ-Contest] Can a call be too short?

Oops, I sent a previous email by mistake.  
 
What I intended to say was the shortest call I can imagine is E5E, from the 
 Cook Islands.  I don't know if it's ever been used.  It's not in  qrz.com.

I  never expect folks to "get it" but sometimes there's several hundred  
"N1L's" which are actually NOT Not 1n Log.  :)
