[CQ-Contest] Explanation of software question

Just curious why you consider connecting your radio to your PC as something
that is not easy?

It's either a RS232 cable or a USB to RS232 cable and it takes almost as
long to write about it than to do it.

Subject: [CQ-Contest] Explanation of software question

I had decided to work NAQP-CW just for fun and to get some CW Practice.

Was going to use N1MM logging software so as to create a contest log that I
could easily submit electronically after the contest, but couldn't figure
out how to manually enter the correct band.

If this isn't easy to do I will bite the bullet and connect the rig to the
PC.
