[CQ-Contest] IARU HQ station VY2RAC

A group of Eastern Ontario amateur radio operators will be operating in
PEI during the IARU HF Contest 2012 July 14 - 15 using VY2RAC as Canada's
HQ station. We will be operating multi 2, phone & CW. We will operating
from the contest site from July 12 to July 16.
