Maybe we should do like with the WRTC teams - the log is confiscated minutes after the contest. Since we don't have monitors at each station, how about "one must send the log, as is, within an hour of the end of the contest." There COULD be a provision for Postal Mail submission, if internet connection were unavailable at a remote locaion.
