[CQ-Contest] NAQP CW August 4th!

After warming up with the NAQP RTTY contest July 21st, and the excellent
IOTA Contest last weekend, it's time for NAQP CW!

1800z August 4th to 0600z August 5th
Exchange Name and State/Province/NA Country, or just name for outside of NA
"DX" stations.
Multipliers are States, Provinces, and other NA DXCC Countries.

Single ops can operate 10 of the 12 hours, making it a very "family
friendly" contest!
