OK... so we all agree to disagree... fine. And we all agree that there needs to be discussion... fine.And we all agree that there is no hard fast answer. OR Hard slow answer either.So... let the rule writers have their say... and let's not chase off any additonal folks while we take our discussions to a more civilized environment.
