[CQ-Contest] KP2MM - Club Call

In all of this discussion, there is the missing element that the callsign
used, KP2MM, is a club call, and KV4FZ is the trustee. N2TTA was granted
permission to use the callsign by the trustee. That does not establish
privileges as we know. The control operator present establishes privileges.

The ARRL would do well to clarify the rules of "the presence of a control
operator" meaning multi op and put the issue to bed. If the rule change
aligns with the DQ ruling, then so be it.
