Just send your call twice. Once, if signals are really good and the other
op is good. DE is generally a waste of time in contests.

Generally in RTTY contests, send exchange elements twice. As you gain
experience, you may end up sending some elements only once. For starters,
send exchange elements twice.

Two ways to do it. N0TA 23 23 HANK HANK CA CA W6SX or N0TA 23 HANK CA 23
HANK CA W6SX. I use the first way, but not sure which is best.

One exception. NEVER NEVER send RST twice. NEVER repeat RST when someone
asks for a fill.
