[CQ-Contest] Expeds, DX, Band Edges .

Some of the other recent DXpeditions were using 22 kHz up from the
bottom as their frequency. It seemed to work out well for most people.
I'm sure there were a few complaints from people who normally operate
in the 025 - 035 segments. But I guess it's impossible to please
everyone.
