[CQ-Contest] Big change in WRTC rules

Filipe, i can bet it would,my friend!
But i assume,if so,some of the people wouldn't be so persistent qualifying for the event!
 
Plus...it leaves no room for further speculation ....who are using second op.,skimmer,pclx...or any kind of assistance?!!

Therefore, WRTC should be Single Op. event (WRSOC).
