[CQ-Contest] Aniother rules/remote RX issue

I'm sorry, I had to go back and read this several times in case I was 
missing something. The I went and checked the calendar to make sure it 
was not April 1st.

This, to me, is so self-evidently a "no", it is hardly even worth asking 
the question. How can a single operator unassisted imagine it is ok to 
use a remote receiver in another continent to check if the run frequency 
is in use?
