[CQ-Contest] Try 5 bands in NS RTTY Thursday1

If any of the high band condx (like in WPX) are present Thursday 
night, some Qs could be gleaned from 10 and 15m.

I'll be on 28010 for two minutes starting 0130Z, and also on 21080 
for four minutes.  Then back to boring 20 and 40m.  3580 in last two minutes.

Just trying to get pumped up for CW NSL at 0230Z.
