[CQ-Contest] Why is he ashamed of his call???

One very easy way to encourage folks to ID  would  be to NOT "Tailgate" 
the stations who do NOT ID between each contact.

If a station doesn't get a call immediately, the op WILL ID

Otherwise, "patience hath its virtue."
