[CQ-Contest] Updated 'sh5.master' File for SH5 Log Analyzer?

Click "Update files" on the upper right menu bar and then restart the SH5.
The latest sh5.master is VER20121118 (Nov. 2012).
You can also update SH5 to the latest ver. 2.36.
