In addition to EI5DI's SD, the organizers recommend N1MM Logger.  We do 
not yet have a contest definition for this one, but you can use N1MM 
Logger's DXSerial contest, entering the serial number received in the 
appropriate place, and the province designator (when working a Chinese 
station) in the Comment field.  It won't score the contest for you but 
will generate a Cabrillo file for submission to the organizers.

For those who savor such things, the list of provinces includes Taiwan.
