[CQ-Contest] CQ WW Rule Changes

I must say that the response of the CQ WW organization is fast!
And I must also say that the text in the explanation of the rules is
already chanced.
A lot of respect for the way the  CQ WW organization responded!

It probably was a misinterpretation on my site, bud a mistake is
easily made when English is not your native language.

So ladies and gentlemen, start your radios :-)
