[CQ-Contest] Fwd: Bob Cox, K3EST, Retires as CQWW Contest Director

I don´t take part in contesting any more and haven´t posted
anything on this reflector in 2 - 3 years however I want to
thank Bob K3EST for everything he has done and if Doug KR2Q
also left I want to express thanks to him too. It will surely
be a great loss!
