I think it’s absolutely disgusting that the contest community has to be so concerned with cheating – the discussion just
goes on and on and on.   For a damned certificate no less.     My God what has this world come to?   
If someone gets caught they are disqualified and participate again the following year – what about a lifetime ban???
People with criminal minds will continue their activities if they can stand the penalties of getting caught.  It’s time
to get tough on those who choose to break the rules a slap on the hand is of no value whatsoever.
