[CQ-Contest] How many hours do SOAB entrants actually operate?

Why not have 2, twenty-four hour periods.... you can chose which one to 
enter, first 24 or second 24.

I wonder if this might give people a reason to be working hard for all of 
the slow period on Sunday.
