[CQ-Contest] California QSO Party now accepting sign-ups

Planning for the 2013 California QSO Party is well underway.  We hope to
put all 58 California Counties on the air, October 5 - 6th, 2013.

Those who hope to activate a California county are encouraged to sign up
via this handy form <http://cqp.org/cqp2013.html>.  All others may read all
about the CQP and the many nice awards offered to top scoring stations,
including bottles of fine California wine courtesy of WK6I and the Twisted
Oak Winery.
