[CQ-Contest] R: Changes to the rules of the CQ WW

Use an oscilloscope before the contest in various bands to see the modulation 
deep and/or a spectrum scope to see if the harmonic suppressiion is good enough 
and if the width of your signal is not so wide (two tone test?).

Just in case you don't have any of these equipment ask a friend to listen to 
your signal and you will know if you are splattering (don't go over with MIC 
gain and compression, do not let the ALC measure to move up).

Also, I think that if a contester will transmit a wide signal or splattering 
he will receive a report during the contest ("you are splattering") and he will 
know there is something to adjust.

Also, I think that the possible disqualified stations will know about 
splattering as i am sure the contest committee wants to eliminate from the 
bands those stations that deliberately were transmitting wide signals to keep 
the frequency free in reception.

I am very happy with my K3 radio and its IF filters. I think it has one of the 
cleanest signals copied these years.
