[CQ-Contest] CQ WW CW 2013 Raw Scores

Just 8 days after the 2013 CQ WW CW Contest we have already received 7,187
logs!  The raw scores for all entries are now available at
http://www.cqww.com/claimed.htm?mode=cw  Checklogs are not included.

The raw scores are calculated by the log checking software before any
checking occurs. They offer an early indication of the results, but final
scores could easily change by 5-15% (or more).
