[CQ-Contest] LOG to ARRL 160m

The entry for your location (DX as is shown in the example QSO line) is 
missing after the first 599 signal report in all the lines rejected.

In other words, your submitted log has this:

QSO: 1836 CW 2013-12-06 2201 LY5W 599 VE3EJ 599 ONS 0

Whereas the robot is expecting this:

QSO: 1836 CW 2013-12-06 2201 LY5W 599 *DX* VE3EJ 599 ONS 0
