[CQ-Contest] Wouldn't it make sense to switch the ARRL 160 and 10m contests?

Having the 10m contest later in December would be better in low propagation years because that is closer to the winter solstice when there is a slight peak in sporadic E propagation.

It's not a big difference, but a little more daylight for 10m and a little more darkness for 160m if they are switched around.
What say?
