[CQ-Contest] CTY-2312 Country Files - 29 December 2013

What is the advantage or dis-advantage of either sized file?

Does the smaller one contain the same data?  IE: K9XYZ info is the same 
in both sets?  or What? Does having the big one slow things down?

Why would you not just want the bigger one? There must be a reason for 
having two of them true?
