I think what he is asking is............Can I call CQ on 14.055 make a 
qso and then move up to 14.065 call cq and make a contact and then go 
back to14.055 and call CQ again?  If that is the question, then the 
answer is yes. You must move at least 5kc before calling cq or at least 
1 kc before calling someone who is calling CQ.

Making a contact on 14.055 then quickly calling CQ 5 KC away and coming 
right back to 14055 is not acceptable.

If you answer someone on 14060, after the contact the frequency becomes 
yours, and chances are you won't even have to call CQ as someone is 
probably waiting for you to finish.   Most participants will queue off 
how the qso is ended to know who is getting the frequency.
