There is a provision in the Cabrillo spec for X-anything to be
something the contest authorities can use for their own purposes.

I believe the CQ WW and WPX allows the use of X-QSO: - to indicate a
QSO that you don't want to count - but that it took place.

There is not a universal definition for doing this outside of those contests.

For the CW sprint - you can just put the RX number as 999 - which will
likely get busted (without penalty) and accomplish the same thing.
