[CQ-Contest] Rules off the table ?

I was watching the complaints on a different mailing list about the
huge advantage the East Coast supposedly had in the ARRL 160, and went
and actually looked at the top 20 LP stations, and almost all were
firmly in the middle of US, many in northern midwest, others in middle
south, where they just completely dominated by easily being able to
easily work garden variety stations on both coasts for Q's and mults.

Of course, to a guy in California, maybe Minnesota is "the East Coast" :-).
