[CQ-Contest] This weekend PACC contest

Has anyone solved the puzzle of accessing the 2012 results (or any previous years) from the link provided?  It appears that unless you entered previously you cannot gain access although the 2013 log submission page was as far as I could get.

This weekend (9+10 Feb) the PACC contest will take place:

starting    Sat 12:00Z
until       Sun 12:00Z

Work as many Dutch stations as you can AND then send in your cabrillo log.
If you provide a valid postal address (in the cabrillo header!) you will
receive the unique PACC Token of Merit by mail.

As a reminder: mixed mode categories are allowed to work  stations twice per band, 1xCW + 1xSSB.
