I think CW Skimmer looks for "TEST" or similar followed by a callsign.

But sometimes instead of sending "CQ TEST N4OGW" people will send "N4OGW TEST".

Then if KU7Y  comes back with his call zero beat and at the same CW speed the 
skimmer would see "TEST KU7Y" and
might spot KU7Y as the cqing station.

I just checked my RBN spots and noticed the same thing.  I only tried running 
once with not takers, all the rest was S&P but was spotted when calling other 
stations.

I seldom use the RBN during a contest but it does seem to me that it would be 
better if it only picked up on stations sending CQ or TEST.
