[CQ-Contest] NS for Friday, March 1

After a most exciting NS Ladder, lets get back in the groove for the NS
bewteen the Ladders.
We will continue with the NS message format. Any suggestions for variations
for this NS
would be appreciated.

Friday, March 1, 0230-0300Z
Local start times: 1830 Pacific 1930 Mountain 2030 Central 2130 Eastern
Time -- Thursday Night -- 30 minutes exactly.

- 160, 80, 40, 20 meters, 40 KHz up from band edge (1810-1820 kHz)
- 100 watts maximum
- Sprint format
- mults per band
- 1,1 QSY rule
