[CQ-Contest] Big Gun hogging two frequencies

NAQP is supposed to be the "Gateway Drug" to bring new little gun
contesters into the fold, educate them on the basics, get WAS in a
day, and give them the thrill of being able to run a frequency. It did
ALL the above for me.

Giving new guys and little guns the ability to find a run frequency is
important for them to understand the basics of contesting and give
them a glimmer of what it is like to be on both ends of a more
competitive contest. I hope that us more experienced contesters, will
be willing to give them a little breathing room, because letting them
run will get them excited about contests and make them better
contesters.
