[CQ-Contest] CQWW on-line certificates

I also checked the certs on line for my operations in both the CW and SSB 
'tests.  The process works very well for printing.

I also compared the on line certs with the 'Official' certs which recently 
arrived via US Mail.

There are subtle differences in the layout of the two variations, in 
particular in the US, NA and World placing annotations.

I just gave this a try.  Easy to use, very user friendly.
