You have to be careful with both paper and plastic. With plastic, watch
out for PVC. It can leach a green goo over time. You want photo
archival quality only.
Personally, I store QSLs in shoe boxes. Most have held up well over 40
years. On a few, the ink has faded to the point of unreadability. Most
of these are from the old days of eastern Europe.
